Peace Radio is the name of a station operated by the American military. Part of the station is located within Afghanistan itself, broadcasting from Bagram Air Force Base using a mobile transmitter known as a SOMS-B.

It is of Gronlands Radio (Greenland) as heard in November 1985 when they were on 3999 kHz.
The first part of the clip is their 1000 sign on. The second part of the clip is at 1015 and includes their interval signal. The last part of the file is from a minute later.
